LIS/PAK

 

Oilware's LIS/PAK library is an integrated set of access routines for manipulating tapes or tape-like files in the Log Information Standard (LIS) Tape format as specified by Schlumberger in their manual Log Information Standard, Customer Tape Subset dated October 1981. LIS/PAK has been implemented in FORTRAN as a library of FORTRAN callable subroutines. An application calls LIS/PAK subroutines to extract the desired information from an LIS tape, or to create an LIS formatted tape. LIS/PAK is available for a variety of platforms including: Sun/Solaris, IBM/AIX, and PCs running Linux or DOS (other platforms available on request).
